“Platform” means Hive RI application and/or any other ones which are developed or customized by Hive, both the version for the computer (PC version) and the version which is available on mobile phone (Mobile version) as well as other electronic device.

“Hive Service” means the platform and websites which are hosted on Hive’s system (web hosting), which the address of the websites (Web Address) may appear on “www.hivecorps.com” being part of the URL is optional.

“Hive” means Hive Ventures Ltd.

“User” means the user of the platform and/or service of Hive.

“Terms and Conditions of Use” means the terms and conditions of use on the platform and service of Hive. This includes but is not limited to the platform on mobile phones and tablets or other electronic devices. Including Hive’s platform and service which are changed, developed, updated or added by Hive. Except for Hive’s platform or service that being changed, developed, updated or added is specifically defined as under the other terms and conditions of use which is different from this.

1. The User acknowledges and agrees that the terms and conditions of use are intended to enforce the  use of Hive service. Including product using and service. Accessing and using contents, features,       technologies or other functions of Hive service, in this platform and service which are related to Hive   service at present and future changes.
2. The User may find inappropriate or indecent content which can cause dissatisfaction, under risks      itself.
3. Hive service may be temporarily or permanently discontinued. Or terminate the service to specific user if such service affects other users or make it contrary to the laws without any prior notice.
4. Discontinuing or termination according to 1.3, the user will not be able to use the service and access any details of the user’s account, any documents or other data in the user account.
5. In the case of permanent discontinuing or termination the service for the user. Hive has the right to delete any information which is in the user’s account without any prior notice.

1. The user acknowledges and agree with the laws, rules and other relevant regulation at present and future changes. Including to the Terms and Conditions of Use, Policy of Hive service whether generally and specifically set forth in any part of Hive service and/or set in the web hosting (if any) (shall be collectively regarded as part of the “Terms and Conditions of Use”). In this regard, you understand and agree that the specified Terms and Conditions of Use are subjected to be changed without prior notice. Hence, the user is responsible for regularly check the Terms and Conditions of Use.Nevertheless, Hive may proceed as it deems appropriate to reveal changes to the Terms and Conditions Use after accessing Hive service. Any change to the Terms and Conditions of Use shall be announced to the user with full effort and for the user’s convenience. When the user access to Hive service after such change has been made, it shall be deemed that the user accepts and agree with such Terms and Conditions of Use.According to above paragraphs and all the particulars which appear in the Term and Conditions of Use, If the user do not agree or wish to reject to be bound by any Terms and Conditions of Use. The user can terminate the use and ask Hive to delete the data which is involved with the user or proceed the action to exercise any other rights on behalf of the personal data under laws and Privacy Policy. 2. The user understands and agrees that Hive services shall be used on the internet service, mobile phone networks, devices, Software, platform and/or any other relevant services from aforementioned business service providers which the user needs to prepare for installing, accessing and using Hive service and/or contents by the user’s expenses. Therefore, there are other uncontrollable conditions of Hive service use and access which affects the quality and service availability of Hive. Hence, Hive does not guarantee for the quality of use.
3. Hive reserves the right to change or terminate the service of Hive either all parts or some parts of the service, including considering charge a sum for Hive service in any cases.
4. Any materials contained in Hive service, including but not limited to, messages, contents, pictures, photos, information table, price or value charts (if any) trademarks, graphics, audios, design of application screen, design of user-interface, any form of information, any programs, software include in or made available on or through Hive service as well as any information that can be downloaded by from Hive service (collectively referred to as “Content” or “Contents”) are owned by Hive or the respective owner who grant a license for use of those materials to Hive. All of the contents are protected by intellectual property and/or other forms of propriety rights under the laws of Thailand and/or other countries regardless of any form and whether or not registration has been made.In this regard, you are required to obtain prior written consent from Hive before using trade names, trademarks, service marks and other logos owned by Hive including any intellectual property include in or made available on or through Hive service for any purposes.

Except for the intellectual property owned by Hive, all other trade names, product names, trademarks, service marks and other logos including any intellectual property include in or made available on or through Hive are used in an editorial fashion or made available to use as part of Hive for the purpose of decorating. Hive, as a service provider, has no intention of commercial or intellectual property infringement.
6. Unless otherwise indicated in Hive service, any Contents, files or documents provided on this website, you may only view, download, upload the Contents and print any document of the Contents for personal and non-commercial use. The user may not copy, store or download either in hard copy, copy in electronics format or in any other forms for the purpose in transmit, transfer, perform, broadcast, publish, reproduce, create a derivative work from, display, distribute, sell, license, rent, lease or otherwise transfer any of Contents to any third person whether for direct commercial or any gain or otherwise without the prior written permission from Hive.
